Looking Back At 2021, While Entering 2022

As the new year of 2022 begins, we look back to 2021 and all that was made possible because of the support and generosity received by the Passion 4 Paws community. Through the highs and lows that formed this last year, P4P looks forward to what 2022 has in store for the rescue and all of our special ‘pups’.

While it's hard to fully recap all of 2021, we had many notable moments and events  throughout this last year. In 2021 after a few months of development, we were able to officially launch the rescue’s website and find new avenues to grow the P4P community…

Through the hard work and dedication of our partner trainers, fosters, and adopters, P4P had the opportunity to share all the amazing progress our P4P ‘pups’ have made. Some highlights included Max, Bentely, Jojo, and Professor X showing off their athleticism and ‘tricks’ on the agility course, and Bluegrass and Rocco proving the endless love our older ‘gentle-pups’ still have to give.

Our sweet Luna found her perfect forever home and family, and we welcomed wiggly and fun loving Roxy into the rescue.

Atticus Finch was loved, celebrated, and cherished before his crossing of the rainbow bridge, knowing that it's only goodbye until we meet again, and to honor his life and legacy P4P created Atticus’ Fund.

We were all blown away by our community’s incredible generosity during ‘Giving Tuesday” and throughout the year which made things such as dental procedures for Bluegrass and Rocco possible. As well as allowing us to provide all of our ‘pups’ with a wonderful holiday season.

As we head into 2022, all of us at P4P want to continue to acknowledge how important and how grateful we are to have the support of this community/family and can’t wait to continue expanding it moving forward. Our goal and focus remains on our current P4P dogs within the rescue and finding them foster or adoptive families, as well as continuously creating more opportunities to extend the rescue’s reach to more at risk dogs in need as we venture into the months ahead.
