P4P August 2021 Updates

Welcome to Passion 4 Paws’ new website! We are so excited to officially have our own site for the rescue to continue showcasing our current dogs while growing the P4P community as we look towards making more positive changes in the future.

The past year of 2020 brought many changes and adjustments for P4P and now more than halfway through 2021 we are continuing to take the lessons learned and new ideas/solutions built to keep improving and saving the lives of at risk and vulnerable dogs in need.

P4P would not have been able to continue its life saving work without the continued support and generosity from our amazing partners, trainers, fosters, adopters, and all other supporters within our communities and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Moving forward we plan on expanding and utilizing our new website with the goal of creating it into a “home base” for anyone seeking information, looking to adopt or foster, donate, view upcoming events, and much more.

Currently we are putting our focus on adopting and/or fostering the STR (short term rescue) dogs in the rescue while implementing new ideas to offer greater support for our dogs and our fosters/adopters. P4P has been trialing and fine tuning training logs for our STR dogs keeping track of their individualized progress, continued training, goals, and other needs with the hope of providing smoother transitions into foster and adoptive homes. We will also continue the lifelong training and support for any STR dog fostered and/or adopted from the rescue.

Now more than ever we are relying on the support from the community to help us meet our goals in finding foster and/or adoptive homes for our current STR dogs and opening up more possibilities to rescue many more at risk dogs in the future. The generosity, faith, and trust of those who donate make our work possible and allow P4P to provide any and all behavioral and medical needs, support our foster families, and continue to support the individuals and families who have adopted a P4P dog while also making it possible to continue expanding the P4P family. We also understand that donating, fostering, or adopting may not be possible for you at this time but we at P4P would still be honored to have your support in sharing our mission, available dogs, and other information/posts from our website and Facebook page.

Thank you to all who have traveled with us so far on our journey, whether you joined at the beginning or are recently coming to walk along side us as we work towards saving more lives. We at Passion 4 Paws couldn’t be more excited to continue sharing more updates, events, foster and adoption stories with you as we enter this new chapter.
